1099R forms for Tax Year 2012 are now available online! Just register for SFERS Member-Only Portal to access your 1099R Form via your personal beginning March 2013.
1099R Forms will also be mailed to all benefit recipients beginning the last week of January (but no later than January 31, 2013). Be sure to keep your mailing address current with SFERS to avoid a delay in receiving your 1099R. Your 1099R form is mailed to the address of record with SFERS.
