At the June 11, 2014 meeting, members of the Retirement Board re-elect Commissioners Victor Makras and Malia Cohen to serve as President and Vice President, respectively.
Commissioner Makras, a well-respected industry veteran in San Francisco’s real estate community is
serving in his second five-year term. Supervisor Cohen, a valued community leader and native San Franciscan representing District 10, is serving a second term on the Retirement Board as an appointee from the Board of Supervisors.
Commissioners Makras and Cohen will fulfill the obligation of Retirement Board officers through June 2015.
